Are you passionate about the world of production and looking for a challenging project in a multinational environment where you can develop both personally and professionally? Shift work in the Packaging Plant to ensure control over people and processes.
Organize, manage, and train the solid packaging personnel on your shift.
Supervise and directly control the work of personnel on your shift.
Record personnel movements (important for productivity calculations and payroll management).
Ensure the operational efficiency of the plant's facilities and equipment.
Ensure the general order and cleanliness of the plant's facilities and equipment.
Ensure the quality of the final product and verify certain Quality controls.
Immediate management of breakdowns. Maintain a global vision of the process and interdepartmental relationships.
