You will work with external clients and the internal sales team to facilitate daily operations, anticipate challenges, and provide solutions to delight our Enterprise customers and support Geodis RT's business goals. We value continuous improvement and seek candidates eager to create lasting value, improve operational skills, and innovate within the logistics industry abroad.What You'll Do
* Develop process and system improvements to enhance execution standards
* Manage and execute daily operations supporting our international customer base
* Participate in developing, implementing, and automating key business processes and tools for sales tracking, forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analysis
* Collaborate with customers to find new solutions for their logistics challenges
* Address issues that arise during freight operations
* Discuss core operational and growth metrics with management
* Partner with the sales team to anticipate challenges and support objectives
Applicant's profile
* Undergraduate degree or 2+ years of professional experience focused on process and operational improvements
* Ability to solve complex problems under pressure
* Innovative mindset aimed at efficiency and improvement
* Strong collaboration skills with diverse customers and partners
* Passion for customer service and transportation
* Analytical and critical thinking skills
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to balance attention to detail with quick execution
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
* Project management experience or certifications are a plus
