We are seeking 2 Product Specialist (Cardiovascular and Endovascular) to support the European market, based at our offices in Sant Vicenç dels Horts (Barcelona).
Reporting to the Global Marketing Director, you will take ownership of the development and successful implementation of the products under your responsibility, combining technical, scientific, and commercial expertise.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Performing product demonstrations for customers, staff, and other stakeholders
* Collaborating and strategizing with the sales, MKT and R+D teams.
* Working with MKT, sales leaders and sales representatives to increase prospects and drive closure of opportunities.
* Providing training to all sales team members on strategy and product offerings to ensure the effective implementation of product strategies.
* Providing market knowledge as pricing, competitors technical information to define market approach strategy
* Attending and support the activities defined in the Annual Plan (as workshops, courses, trainings, etc..).
* Conducting thorough market research, which may include taking surveys, doing desktop research, sending emails and making calls.
* Planning and assisting with new product releases and events.
* Scheduling training sessions and attending meetings as required.
* Identifying new market opportunities and relaying this information to the Manager and other relevant stakeholders.
* Making helpful product recommendations and suggestions to increase revenue.
* Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required.
DESIRED PROFILE
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or related fields (Biotechnology, Biomedicine, Medicine, Biology, Pharmacy, Engineering, Chemistry, or similar). MBA or Master's in Marketing is desirable.
* Languages: Advanced Spanish and English; an additional language such as French, German, Italian, or Arabic is a plus.
* Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Product Specialist, in sales, or in marketing within the medical device market.
* Willingness and ability to travel.
* Skills and Competencies:
* Ability to perform device demonstrations that engage and inspire clinicians and commercial teams. Strong public speaking and presentation skills.Experienced in working with clear objectives and deadlines; results-oriented.
