We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join our Business Development division and help us improve people's lives. As a member of the Sacyr Concesiones development team, the Assistant Project Manager – Project Development ("APM") will assist with the P3 bidding process from a developer/equity investor perspective on social and transportation projects across various regions.
Responsibilities include:
1. Assisting with the coordination and management of the P3 bidding processes from start to finish.
2. Negotiating equity teaming and project bidding agreements.
3. Supporting engagement with developer and lender advisors.
4. Preparing RFQ submissions.
5. Developing bid management plans and project schedules.
6. Coordinating bid deliverables across finance, design, construction, operations, and rehabilitation teams.
7. Working with legal to negotiate contractual terms.
8. Collaborating with finance to secure project financing.
9. Developing project costing in consultation with relevant teams.
10. Building relationships with partners, advisors, and clients.
11. Preparing reports on bid progress and market assessment.
12. Performing ad-hoc tasks to support development activities.
13. Traveling as needed for meetings.
Candidate requirements:
* Degree in civil engineering;
Master’s in Engineeringof Roads, Canals, and Ports (ICCP) preferred.
* Proficiency in Spanish and English.
* Quick learner, flexible, detail-oriented.
* Self-starter capable of working independently and in teams.
* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
* Strong communication skills, proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
* Experience with P3 deals is a plus.
