What you’ll do & Who you are
Mission
As an Account Manager, you will lead the relationship with a portfolio of employment clients, focusing on sustained growth aligned with Adevinta's strategy and objectives. Your main responsibilities will include:
* Achieving assigned goals for your account portfolio over the long term.
* Building trust-based relationships with clients through deep knowledge of the digital sector, identifying their strategies, objectives, and needs.
* Designing client relationship strategies and action plans to expand collaboration and drive account growth.
* Having comprehensive knowledge of Adevinta’s products to craft valuable solutions tailored to client needs and ensure long-term account development.
* Continuously analyzing and improving the delivery of value to clients to strengthen relationships.
* Developing an extensive network within the client organization to gather information and influence account development.
* Promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement, collaborating with the sales team and other departments (P&T, Marketing, Data, etc.).
* Identifying market trends and anticipating needs to create new value creation opportunities for Adevinta.
* Acting as an ambassador of Adevinta’s culture, demonstrating organizational behaviors daily.
* Building relationships inside and outside Adevinta to stay informed about the sector and enhance influence with clients.
Competencies / Requirements
* Curious, proactive, passionate about sales, with at least 5 years of experience as an Account Manager in the employment or digital/online sectors, with proven results and impact at the company level.
* Proven experience in engaging with different levels and areas within client organizations.
* Strategic, structured thinking with a results-oriented approach.
* Innovative and disruptive approaches to client relationships.
* Analysis skills and a focus on continuous improvement with a medium/long-term vision.
* Autonomy and problem-solving ability.
* High level of English (written and spoken).
* Driver’s license and own vehicle.
* Higher education and/or Master’s degree in HR or digital/online environments.
