Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide bilingual (English and Spanish) telephone support to clients who have made an import, explaining the customs clearance process.
2. Resolve incidents or queries related to parcel shipments.
3. Record all information in the system and calculate costs based on the type of merchandise.
Compensation and Schedule:
* Gross hourly rate: 13.39€
* Part-time schedule: 20 hours per week
* Work days: Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays
* Possibility of permanent employment
