Exalto consulting are currently recruiting for a contract LIMS/ELN Business Analyst (Scientific BA) - Remote working from Spain - 6 month contract
Purpose
Act as the bridge between scientists and digital solutions, ensuring lab workflows are correctly captured and implemented within LIMS/ELN platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and document requirements from scientific teams
Map biologics, chemistry, and analytical development workflows
Translate lab processes into system requirements
Support LIMS / ELN implementations
Work with vendors to ensure solutions fit real lab operations
Lead workshops with lab stakeholders
Required Experience
~ Background in laboratory environments (biologics, analytical or chemistry labs)
~ Strong BA experience in lab informatics
~ Experience with LIMS or ELN platforms, such as:
~ LabWare LIMS
~ Revvity Signals
~ IDBS Polar
~ Understanding of lab instrumentation and workflows
~5+ years in lab IT / informatics BA roles
