Roles & Responsibilities:
We're seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support Equity Swaps initiatives within Global Markets, partnering with Trading, Risk, Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Technology.
Key Responsibilities
* Capture and document business and functional requirements across the trade lifecycle
* Translate requirements into user stories, specs, and acceptance criteria
* Support BAU and change delivery (US hours: 11:00–20:00 CET)
* Coordinate with control functions to ensure regulatory alignment
* Support UAT, data validation, and process improvements
Required Skills & Experience
* Business Analyst experience in Global Markets / Investment Banking
* Strong knowledge of Equity Swaps / equity derivatives
* Understanding of front-to-back trade lifecycle
* Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Experience in regulated environments

Technical & Tooling
* System integrations using APIs, SFTP, and messaging ( Tibco, Kafka, MQ )
* Basic understanding of network connectivity (IPs, firewalls, NAT)
* Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
* Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot)
Nice to Have
* Agile / Business Analysis certifications (CSPO, PSM, SAFe, BCS)
