We're Hiring: Senior Gardener – Private Estate (Marbella)
We are looking for an experienced Senior Gardener to join a large private estate in Marbella.
Role Overview
Maintenance and management of extensive gardens and landscaped areas
Pruning, planting, lawn care, irrigation systems, and seasonal planning
Safe application of fertilizers, pesticides, and other chemical treatments
Detection and treatment of plant diseases and pests
Maintaining the estate to a high, professional standard
Requirements
Proven experience as a Senior Gardener (large estates or luxury properties preferred)
Valid driving license (required)
Certified training for handling and applying chemical products
Strong knowledge of plants, irrigation systems, and garden machinery
Ability to work independently and take responsibility
A Plus
Experience with large plots
Knowledge of Mediterranean plants and climate
