In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, validation, and continuous improvement of advanced power conversion systems used across energy storage, photovoltaic applications, and grid‐connected solutions.
You will work in a modern laboratory environment and collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary R&D; team to bring innovative power electronic products from concept to industrialization.
Perform commissioning tasks for power conversion and control systems for interfacing with storage systems in the laboratory.Build up and maintain measurement test setups to verify performance, efficiency and robustnessTechnical analysis of logs, errors, signals, and metrics; generation of clear and reusable reports to support engineering, quality, and certification.Perform validation tests in the factory and in the field for prototype power conversion and control systems.Creation of instructions and associated documentation for product deployment and operation.
BSc/MSc degree in Engineering or an equivalent field (minimum requirement).Experience in the design of electrical systems and power electronic converters, including control strategies.Valued experience in commissioning power converters, as well as operating measurement equipment and laboratory instrumentation.Strong experience in managing, preparing, and executing prototype tests, customer tests, or product certifications, including the preparation of test result reports (highly valued).Knowledge and experience in photovoltaic systems and energy storage systems, particularly in the operation, integration, and testing of batteries and hybrid PV–battery solutions (positively valued).Strong proficiency in interpreting electrical schematics, analyzing conversion topologies, operating modes, and system protection.A collaborative, solutions‐oriented approach, combined with strong communication skills.Fluency in written and spoken English is required, as you will be part of a integral team.You will join a dynamic, passionate, and collaborative team committed to innovation and continuous improvement. xcskxlj
