**Responsibilities**
**Project Management & Stakeholder Collaboration:**
* Lead CX and UX projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams, facilitating communication and collaboration.
* Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resources to ensure timely delivery of CX and UX initiatives.
* Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and support customer-centric strategies across departments.
* Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall as appropriate.
* Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
**Customer Experience (CX) & User Experience (UX) Enhancement:**
* Drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through improved user experiences and customer interactions.
* Identify and implement best practices for CX and UX management, including customer journey mapping and user research.
* Work closely with design and product teams to understand user needs and develop solutions that improve the overall user experience.
* Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customer and user needs are met and exceeded.
**Use Case Development & Implementation:**
* Develop and document use cases for CX and UX process improvements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
* Implement CX and UX solutions based on identified use cases, monitoring their effectiveness and making adjustments as needed.
* Share insights and recommendations with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in CX and UX.
**Reporting & Insights:**
* Create and present reports on CX and UX metrics, such as NPS, CSAT, and user feedback.
* Translate complex data into actionable insights for business stakeholders, helping them make informed decisions.
* Monitor and analyze CX and UX trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
**Education & Experience Required:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience in project management roles.
* Proven track record of managing projects that improve customer satisfaction and user experience.
* Strong understanding of CX and UX metrics and methodologies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
* Professional project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred.
**Preferred Qualifications & Skills:**
* Formal project management standards and agile methods.
* Experience with customer experience (CX) and user experience (UX) frameworks and best practices.
* Familiarity with user research methods and tools.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to user issues.
* Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus, but not required.
* Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
