Main activities

1. Increased segment market share (revenue growth)
2. Aligned and connected product, service and solution development to segment needs. (enabling – better NSR)
3. New customer development within segment
4. Operational activities
5. Communication on technical (WTC) solutions and innovations to key internal and external stakeholders – sharing the success and developing opportunities to identified targets.
6. Identifying Segment needs for products, services and solutions needs to key stakeholders in POI / BD / Partnerships.
7. Supporting key segment products / projects / innovations (e.g. taking indexable broaching to market (customer/partner mapping, knowledge sharing, sales/BD and customer/partner support) or (large must win projects eg Femoral in Zimmer)
8. Developing internal and external networks for collaboration, knowledge sharing and opportunities.
9. Support strategic business plans for key strategic customers within the region.
10. BI – research and identify new and existing manufactures to target aligned to our strengths and focus areas.
11. Segment forecasting

Experience

12. Bachelor or Master with at least 5 years of experience in a technical field of expertise; MBA is a preferred competence
13. Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Development
14. English native speaker or English B2 min + Foreign native language fluency
15. 5 + years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in metal cutting or manufacturing services.
16. Relevant experience in CAD/CAM programming and process development
17. Strong technical knowledge of machining processes, tooling applications, and customer manufacturing environments. (GD&T plus product knowledge will be an advantage)
18. Experience with value-based or consultative selling.
19. Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office tools.

Expectations

20. Excellent analytical, oral and written communication, organizational and presentational skills to all levels of staff
21. Experience with CAD/CAM software including manufacturing process simulation.
22. Experience in machine tool programming for 3 & 5 axis type machines.
23. Competent in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
24. Ability to work in multi-functional teams with partner and supplier organizations and to manage delivery..
25. Willingness to travel within assigned territory
26. CAD/CAM Skills
27. Office 365 (excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
28. ERP and CRM
29. Presentation and report writing skills Yellow Belt Lean 6 Sigma or related qualification - optional
30. Valid passport
