Omega CRM, a Merkle & Dentsu company and leader in Customer Experience services with over 20 years of experience, is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technical Lead.The Technical Lead in Omega’s Marketing team is responsible for overseeing the technical progress of projects, advising technical roles throughout various stages, and ensuring the development team meets both client and company expectations regarding quality and profitability.This role includes identifying potential gaps, advising on solutions, serving as a technical reference with in-depth platform knowledge, and guiding the growth of team members. The Technical Lead collaborates closely with the Project Manager, Delivery Manager, and Client Lead.Main responsibilities:
Projects:
Support the commercial and functional teams with solution design, estimation, and assumptions. Lead technical aspects of projects, identify risks, ensure scope, timeline, and cost compliance, and supervise effort estimates and technical documentation.Solutions:
Provide effort estimations, collaborate on project demos, identify opportunities for Up & Cross Selling, evaluate products, and recommend innovative solutions.Team and Training:
Share technical knowledge, provide training and mentorship, and participate in developing the technical team's skills.Skills required:
