The main objective is to increase student recruitment through both existing and new channels.Key responsibilities include:Prospecting and generating leadsDriving student enrolment from the assigned regionMeeting and exceeding sales targetsConducting strategic analysis of market opportunitiesDeveloping and maintaining relationships with agents and partner institutionsFocusing on international schools to increase direct student recruitmentParticipating in recruitment fairs, seminars, workshops, and events (on-site and online)Ensuring commercialization and follow-up until final enrolmentCollaborating closely with the admissions, academics, and career services departmentsReporting to the Senior Regional Manager for the regionThe role is based in Barcelona within a young and international recruitment team.Your ProfileWe are looking for a self-starter with a strong ability to work independently, identify growth opportunities, and build international relationships in diverse markets.
