Job Summary
The Logistics Trainee will actively support the Global Logistics team in supporting logistis processes across the organization. A key focus will be contributing to the WMS/TMS implementation project through process documentation, flow mapping, data analysis and testing activities.
Under the guidance of the CoE Logistics Lead, the trainee will collaborate on assisting continuous improvement efforts, gather and analyze logistics data, and participate in workshops, testing cycles, and project-related tasks.

Key Accountabilities
- Document logistics processes using established templates and team guidance, ensuring alignment with WMS/TMS requirements.
- Develop and update detailed process flows for the WMS/TMS implementation project, reflecting system functionalities and business rules.
- Participate in project meetings and workshops, capturing key decisions, preparing supporting materials, and following up on assigned actions.
- Assist in compiling content and organizing resources for training sessions on WMS/TMS processes, and prepare training and communication materials.
- Collect, organize, and validate logistics data from various systems to support WMS/TMS configuration and testing activities.
- Support User Acceptance Testing by drafting test cases, executing steps under guidance, and documenting results.
- Provide general support to CoE Logistics Lead on logistics-related tasks and projects.
Networking/Key relationships
This role will interact with Global Logistics team members, gaining exposure to daily operations and ongoing transformation initiatives. He/She will also interact with other departments such as IT, PMO, Analytics, Customer Service, Planning, and Finance, to support documentation, data collection, and project coordination activities. In addition, the role will engage with external consultants involved in the WMS/TMS implementation project. All interactions will be guided and supervised by senior team members, and the position will report directly to the CoE Logistics Lead.
Minimum Knowledge:
Education: Engineering degree, Supply Chain degree or related studies, with the ability to sign a university internship agreement.
Additional Skills/Knowledge:
- Basic skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Languages: Spanish and English (Italian or other languages are a plus).
- Interest in logistics, digital tools and supply chain processes.
- Curiosity about systems such as WMS, TMS and SAP.
