Job Responsibilities:
* Define brand development strategy based on a solid understanding of user, market, and competition.
* Lead the development of marketing strategy and plans, collaborating with related functions to execute campaigns including creative, advertising, PR, social media, and EDM.
* Coordinate with product and operations teams to develop necessary resources to achieve brand goals.
* Guide the creation of high-quality, effective marketing materials aligned with the overall brand strategy.
* Identify new marketing opportunities that align with the brand to maximize growth potential.
Job Requirements:
* At least 3 years of experience as a brand manager or marketing manager.
* Experience in both traditional and digital marketing within the Spain or Western European markets is a plus.
* Passionate about building brands from the ground up.
* Strong data analysis skills.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
* Bachelor's degree or higher.
