Amplifon Iberica S.A.U acquired GAES in 2019 with over 700 shops spread throughout the country. The main office is in Barcelona and operates with 2000+ dedicated professionals that empower people to discover all the emotions of sound.

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Manager Brand, Media & Lead Generation in Barcelona. This position plays a critical role in developing and implementing innovative strategies to enhance the brand presence, manage media channels effectively, and optimize customer experiences with a focus on generating quality leads.

Your Responsibilities:

Lead Generation Strategy and Performance

1. Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify, address and drive to our stores potential customers through various channels, including media, digital, trade marketing, BTL, partnerships.
2. Work closely with the sales and retail excellence team to understand their needs and align lead generation efforts with sales goals.
3. Manage and control the budget of investments of the area.
4. Assess the return of investment of the plan and of the specific campaigns, and make recommendations for global improvements, simulating the economic impact.
5. Utilize analytics to measure the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

Brand Development and Management:

1. Identify market trends and consumer preferences, assess the competitive environment, and spot and develop opportunities to enhance the overall customer experience through branding initiatives.
2. Align global customer research insights with local commercial aims, require local deep dive when relevant.
3. Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand visibility and positioning.
4. Ensure brand consistency across all channels.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align branding initiatives with business goals.

Media Planning and Execution:

1. Own media budget and media plans.
2. Set Media strategy in accordance with the regional guidelines.
3. Manage content and comms, in accordance with Corporate Brand guidelines.
4. Plan, implement, and manage media campaigns across various channels, interacting also with agencies and partners.
5. Monitor and analyse media performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
6. Stay abreast of industry trends and leverage emerging media opportunities.

Your Profile:

Hard skills:

1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Master’s / MBA is a plus.
2. Proven experience in Brand Management / Lead Generation & Acquisition / Marketing & Media Mix Management / Digital / Media Planning & Buying.
3. Strong experience in lead generation and conversion optimization strategies.
4. Strong knowledge of Media landscape, functioning, dynamics & technicalities of key channels (digital and non-digital), core KPIs and interactions to optimize business results.
5. Knowledge of marketing attribution models.
6. Understanding of lead management tools and platforms.
7. Strong analytical skills and ability to extract key insights to drive business decisions.
8. People management and development experience.
9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
10. Proficiency in Office (especially Excel, Powerpoint, Word); PowerBI is a plus.
