Key Responsibilities
* Respond to and resolve travel inquiries from Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
* Assist clients with general travel-related questions, booking issues, and changes to itineraries.
* Provide detailed information about travel products, services, and policies to ensure clients have a clear understanding of their options.
* Document client interactions and feedback to improve service delivery continuously.
* Work closely with internal teams to escalate and address complex client issues.
* Stay current with industry trends and company offerings to provide accurate and relevant information.
* Fluency in Dutch and English is essential, both written and verbal.
* Prior experience in customer service or travel support roles is preferred.
* Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
* Ability to manage multiple inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
* Proficient in using computer systems and booking software.
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
