Talent Acquisition Partner (Junior Profile)
This role is ideal for an early-career recruiter looking to develop within a structured Talent Acquisition environment focused on high-volume and intern hiring.
Key Responsibilities:
Support early career and intern recruitment initiatives
Manage high-volume hiring processes
Conduct phone screenings and ensure a strong candidate experience
Partner with hiring managers to meet hiring objectives
Support pipeline development and talent attraction initiatives
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition (or 1 year internship experience in recruitment/HR)
Strong communication and phone interview skills
Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
Fluent Spanish
Availability to work 1 day onsite per week in Madrid

Talent Acquisition Associate Partner (Global Early Career Program – Consumer Goods Sector)
This opportunity supports a Global Early Career Program within the consumer goods sector and requires strong stakeholder engagement and reporting capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a global early career program
Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers, HR partners, and universities
Drive early talent attraction initiatives
Track recruitment activity and performance metrics (Excel required; Power BI exposure is a plus)
Support workforce planning and reporting initiatives
Requirements:
3+ years of recruitment experience
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel; Power BI exposure preferred
Fluent Spanish and English
Availability to work 1 day onsite per week in Madrid

Early Career Talent Acquisition Associate Partner (Chemical Sector)
This role supports recruitment initiatives within the Chemical Sector and includes managing structured assessments and high-volume hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end early career recruitment processes
Handle high-volume hiring while ensuring process quality and efficiency
Coordinate corporate assessments and skills evaluations
Conduct candidate screenings and interviews
Maintain strong stakeholder communication and accurate reporting
Requirements:
2.5+ years of recruitment experience
Experience managing high-volume recruitment processes
Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
Experience supporting structured assessment processes preferred
Fluent Spanish and B2 level English
Availability to work 1 day onsite per week in Madrid
Location: Madrid – Hybrid (1 day onsite per week)
Contract: Permanent
