What will you do? You will be the reassuring voice for our customers in critical moments. You’ll manage alarm signals, handle calls, and coordinate actions to guarantee a fast and effective response. Your role is essential to fulfill our mission: protecting what matters most.
What we’re looking for
Fluency in Spanish and English
Advanced computer skills and ability to navigate multiple applications quickly.
Availability to work on a 6-3 rotation (6 consecutive working days followed by 3 days off) or 4-3 rotacions (4 consecutive working days followed by 2 days off)
Highly valued: fluent spoken English (conversational level) and previous experience in customer service (phone or face-to-face).
Ability to stay calm and maintain service quality under high workload situations.
Having a disability certificate =33% will be positively valued.
Available shifts
Late shift: 19:00 - 02:00
Night shift: 00:00 - 07:00
