Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Business Analyst with advanced knowledge of process automation, product development life cycle, and data-driven optimization. The ideal candidate will excel in analyzing case data, documenting current processes, and transforming manual work into scalable automated solutions that improve the customer support experience. This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of service workflows, and the ability to turn current state process maps into actionable improvement stories.
Employment Type: B2B Contract
Experience Level: 5-8 Years
Rate: 100–130 PLN/hour (based on candidate suitability and experience)
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with business subject matter experts to gather and document detailed requirements.
* Map functional requirements to Salesforce.com features and capabilities.
* Define and document configuration, testing, and deployment needs for CRM solutions.
* Act as the functional expert on Salesforce projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
* Translate business needs into clear technical documentation for development teams.
* Identify opportunities for CRM enhancements based on user feedback and business needs.
* Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
* Analyze and reconcile information from multiple sources to produce actionable insights.
* Report project status updates to project managers and stakeholders.
* Design and manage testing strategies, including the creation and execution of test scripts.
* Collaborate with Solution Architects and client teams to ensure solution effectiveness.
* Evaluate and optimize existing business processes using Salesforce tools.
* Develop and visualize business workflows to support process improvements.
* Work closely with Salesforce developers and architects to implement solutions.
* Provide expertise in Salesforce configuration and best practices.
* Create and manage user stories for development and testing.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides and process diagrams.
* Deliver end-user training and ongoing support for the Salesforce platform.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent work experience.
* 6+ years on a BA or similar position
* 3+ years of experience on SFDC platform
* Certified Administrator
* Certified Business Analyst
* Experience with creating and completing deliverables including requirements, design, user stories and testing documentation.
* Proven ability to document and communicate business processes and requirements.
* Strong problem-solving capability.
* Ability to work successfully in a multi-functional and multi-cultural global team.
* Demonstrated understanding of and experience with Salesforce architecture and automation using workflow and process builder
