Currently undergoing a significant transformation, the company is repositioning globally with strong sales growth.
In this dynamic growth environment, we seek an Asesor de Ventas (H / M) with an indefinite contract to contribute to the company's development. As a true representative of CHAUMET to our clients, you will serve as an ambassador of the House through various responsibilities:
1 / Be an ambassador of the House to our clients:
* Share the passion of a House with over 240 years of history, rooted in values of excellence and craftsmanship;
* Deliver the Chaumet experience by welcoming clients according to the House's sales ceremony principles;
* Get to know clients and tailor the sales offer based on their profile;
2 / Contribute to the store's commercial development:
* Achieve individual and collective sales targets to contribute to the store's commercial success;
* Actively develop the customer database by creating, consulting, and updating client profiles;
* Foster client loyalty through targeted actions based on various events and activations organized by the company;
3 / Participate in the smooth operation and life of the boutique:
* Participate in regular informational meetings and actively exchange with colleagues about key news for the boutique's life;
* Apply safety instructions, cash procedures, and stock management norms;
* Acquire basic knowledge in stock management, visual merchandising, CRM, training, and after-sales service according to Chaumet standards to support the boutique in these areas;
* Handle after-sales service requests and basic client inquiries.
Profile:
* 3-4 years of experience in sales roles within the luxury and jewelry sector;
* Commercial spirit, challenge-loving, and passion for retail;
* Strong interest in jewelry and the Chaumet brand;
* Excellent interpersonal skills, listening ability, empathy, and team spirit;
* Integrity and adherence to procedures;
* Cultural awareness, storytelling skills, excellent written and oral expression;
* Fluent in French and English;
knowledge of a less common language is an advantage.
