What we are looking for:
The job of Store clerk is successfully executed when:
* Manage the flow of goods: receive, unload, sort and store food, drinks and supplies.
Monitor stock levels, prepare internal orders, maintain order and ensure product rotation.
* Maintain effective, efficient and respectful communication with all departments regarding matters that may in any way affect the hotel’s operations.
The usual tasks of this role are:
* Reception and Loading/Unloading: Unload goods from suppliers, check delivery notes and verify quality and quantity.
* Storage and Organisation: Store products in the staff canteen, refrigerators or dry storage areas, in accordance with health and safety regulations (HACCP).
Stock and Order Management: Restock items, monitor expiry dates (FIFO) and carry out regular stock-takes.
* Internal Distribution: Prepare and distribute supplies to the various departments of the hotel (kitchen, restaurant, housekeeping).
* Maintenance: Keep the storeroom area clean and tidy.

The person we are looking for, must have the following qualities:
* Car Driving License B.
* Openminded, EU Citizenship & Studies suitable for the position is a must.
* Focused on serve and highly oriented to customer and results.
* Knowledge and experience in 5 star/luxury hotels.
* Ability to work in a team and autonomously.
* Dynamic, innovative, pragmatic. Speak English or Spanish.
