Do you want to contribute to the growth of a successful organization as an experienced Microsoft 365 Functional Administrator and participate in the development of the Digital Workplace department?
As a Microsoft 365 Functional Administrator, you inspire customers to achieve their goals with Microsoft Productivity solutions and help them translate their way of working into solutions within Teams, SharePoint, and Copilot. You are able to think up the solution, explain it, and set it up together with colleagues. In addition, you support the customer with training, workshops, and life cycle management. You help customers to increase the adoption of the Microsoft platform. You will also take the lead in the further development of our Microsoft Productivity portfolio. You will work on the most challenging IT projects in the Netherlands!
Requirements
The company provides functional support to the end-user organization through 2nd and 3rd line support for the services listed below:
- The technical application management for this SaaS solution lies with Microsoft.
- SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business
- Microsoft Teams
- Microsoft Viva
- Microsoft 365 Apps
- Knowledge of the Power Platform is an advantage
- Microsoft Planner
- Providing reports on Teams and SharePoint usage.
- Monitoring the M365 Productivity Suite
The team believes it is important that the person has the right qualities, such as:
- Teamwork
- Proactive and independent
- Microsoft certificates: MS-900 (Must)
- Microsoft certificates: AZ-900 (Nice to have)
- Microsoft certificates: MS-700 (if no certificate then proven knowledge)
