Remote (Time zone, GMT)Who We AreWho You AreA motivated & organized individual who is able to juggle multiple tasks whilst retaining strong attention to detail. Ideally, you already have functional experience with performance marketing channels such as Google Ads, Social Ads, or programmatic, and you have strong ideas about what is needed to make them successful. This role calls for a confident communicator, working closely with internal teams to move campaign delivery forward, while keeping client goals clearly in mind.Your Role at LadderThis is a supporting role within the Account Management team, which sits between the production, creative, strategy, and project management teams in the execution of campaigns, insights, and proposals to our client base. You will report directly to the Senior Account Managers, acting as account management support to ensure the team can efficiently plan and attend to client needs.Key responsibilities :
Support Senior Account Manager with the timely and successful delivery of our digital solutions according to customer needs and objectivesCommunicate tasks / projects to platform specialists within the context of a client’s goals and objectivesMonitor client progress towards monthly goals and provide analysis and next steps to the Senior AM on a regular and ad hoc basisCommunicate client progress to internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of plans / initiativesProduce weekly / monthly reports in preparation to assist in monthly planning and presentation of goals & objectives based on current performance and new insights, aligned with client-provided business goalsSupport day-to-day running of multiple projects, field questions from channel specialists, and escalate issues requiring further attentionDo you see yourself in the below description?Confident communicator, able to get my point across clearly and conciselyAble to listen to clients and understand their needsWell organized and always prepared for meetingsPassionate about digital marketing and thrive off seeing campaigns exceed targets!Team player, making decisions for the good of the group — we’re in it together.Owning it — taking responsibility and learning from each day, whether proud or notDo you have demonstrable experience within the following areas?Experience reading and analyzing marketing reports, with a confident understanding of digital marketing KPIs (CPCs, CTR, CPM, CPA)Experience with Google Data Studio reporting is a bonus!Experience working in a fast-paced digital agency environment is a plus, especially with App-based clientsSome experience working within Social, Search, or Programmatic channels, managing or supporting campaignsKnowledge of planning, strategizing, and building digital marketing campaignsSome knowledge of Google Analytics, GTM, and MMP platforms (Apps Flyer, Adjust, Branch)Experience with Project Management software such as Asana is beneficial but not essentialPerks that come with your role at Ladder :
