We are looking for a Brand Manager for prestige fragrances to join our Marketing Department as part of a multifunctional team, reporting to the Group Brand Manager. This is a genuine opportunity to develop your skills in a multinational environment, working with successful beauty brands.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Brand Manager, you will be responsible for designing marketing and trade brand plans, ensuring their effective implementation to achieve brand business targets. Main Focus Areas:
* Design the annual budget plan for the brands and monitor it monthly, implementing corrective actions as needed.
* Develop and execute marketing and trade plans for assigned brands, analyzing results to inform future strategies.
* Lead project initiatives such as launches, media planning, point of sale execution, and trade planning, coordinating with relevant functions (Influencer Marketing, Visibility & Merchandising, Digital, Sales, Demand Planning, Finance).
* Ensure alignment with corporate marketing guidelines and licensing regulations across all actions.
* Analyze sell-out and sell-in data to track performance, project outcomes, and maintain brand KPIs, with monthly reviews and adjustments.
* Leverage market insights to identify trends and develop strategic proposals for the brand.
* Forecast brand demand needs and coordinate with Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales to ensure proper planning.
* Create engaging internal and external brand presentations.

Qualifications:
* At least 4 years in Marketing & Trade Marketing, with a minimum of 2 years as a Brand Manager.
* Degree or postgraduate qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
* Strong analytical skills, particularly with market database tools.
* Experience managing a full brand P&L.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
* Fluent in English and Spanish.
* Excellent collaboration, empathy, and flexibility skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects, resilient to change and challenges.
* Leadership skills to coordinate cross-functional projects.
* Experience with licensed brands or in luxury industry is a plus.
* Experience with NPD and Nielsen data analysis is highly valued.
* Comfort working in a multinational environment and digital business mindset.
