What You'll Do
Scale our performance marketing across Google and Microsoft.
Manage daily budgets and lead execution across 5+ countries.
Manage and optimize campaigns across Google and Microsoft Ads - from keyword expansion to automation and bidding.
Proactively test new Google Ads features and betas, exploring opportunities before broader industry adoption.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Martech, Data, Product, Brand and SEO to ensure accurate tracking, strong creative/copy and brand alignment.
Drive automation, tracking, and performance reporting at scale.
Report on performance and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
What You'll Bring
3+ years in performance marketing with a focus on lowering CAC, improving ROI, and driving revenue growth.
Deep expertise in Google Ads operations, bidding strategies and automation.
Excellent grasp of data analytics.
Experience with BI tools (e.G., Tableau, Looker) and advanced spreadsheet modeling.
Strong communicator with a strategic mindset and sharp execution skills.
Hands-on with experimentation, designing A/B, geo and incrementality tests to drive measurable ROI.
Creative problem solver who combines analytical rigor with ownership and initiative.
Fluent proficiency in English.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have)
Degree in engineering, computer science, another technical field, or equivalent experience.
Experience in the beauty/wellness/health industry.
Proficiency in one or more of these languages: German, Dutch, French, Swedish, Italian, Spanish.
