At ROADIS, we are looking for a new teammate to join our Control & Administration department. This role will be responsible for overseeing, analyzing, and ensuring the sound financial management of the company, with a particular focus on large-scale infrastructure projects. The role’s main objective is to safeguard profitability, efficiency, and compliance, while providing strategic financial insights to senior management to support decision-making.
Responsibilities
* Lead the preparation and supervision of the annual budget, forecasts, and business plans.
* Analyze the profitability and performance of infrastructure projects (CAPEX / OPEX, cash flow, variance analysis).
* Implement and improve internal control systems and financial reporting procedures.
* Oversee monthly and annual financial closing in coordination with the accounting team.
* Prepare management reports and financial KPIs for the executive team and board of directors.
* Monitor cash flow.
* Ensure compliance with tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements, liaising with auditors and external advisors.
* Drive cost optimization and process efficiency across financial operations and project execution.
* Provide financial support in tenders, concessions, and infrastructure contracts.

* Strategic vision combined with attention to detail.
* Ability to perform effectively in demanding, fast-paced, and multicultural environments.
Requirements
* Education: Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or similar. Master’s in Finance or MBA is a plus.
* Experience: Around 5 years in controlling, audit, or financial management roles, preferably in infrastructure, construction, energy, or concession sectors.
* Accounting & Tax Knowledge: Solid knowledge of financial and management accounting principles and relevant tax matters.
* Financial analysis: Strong modelling and variance analysis skills; ability to translate data into actionable insights.
* Risk management & financial planning familiarity.
* Knowledge: Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Navision, etc.).
* Languages: Fluent English required (additional languages are an advantage).
