Throughout AXA, the security community represents 1000 security professionals, working daily to protect our employees, customers, operations and brand. Our operating model gathers the three security disciplines Information Security, Operational Resilience and Physical Security & Safety. Our security mission is to ensure that AXA is safe, secure and resilient. 
AXA Group Security, as part of AXA GO, defines the security strategy, standards and provides assurance to the Group on the security maturity of all entities across AXA. In its role, it also supports our professional family in entities in maintaining their security posture and respond and coordinate responses to crisis. 
This is accomplished through four strategic levers:

The 
** Cyber Defense Project Management team** is in charge of managing and delivering the Security projects and Programs related to the Cyber Defense products 
Our missions are to: 
- Build new security products in order to provide capabilities allowing to reduce AXA IT security risks 
- Deploy our security products within AXA Group Operations and to our AXA entities in alignment with the AXA security strategy 
- Enhance our security products in alignment with our product roadmaps to maintain and improve our security capabilities and our operational efficiency 
POSITION MAIN ACTIVITIES 
**Scope**:Worldwide 
- Responsible for the operational delivery of a project (On time, On Budget, On Scope) 
- Lead the project team under your responsibility (central team, project managers within markets, third parties) 
- Review and negotiate project plans and schedules, maintaining full accountability for the delivery of the project in his/her scope 
- Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor and control the performance of the project 
- Review and manage the progress of projects to ensure execution is in accordance with defined plans 
- Ensure execution of the project is alignment with AXA GO project management and project lifecycle processes 
- Monitor and manage the project/program budget and expenditure to ensure project is delivered to agreed budgetary commitments 
- Identify and track risks, issues and alerts on projects and ensure appropriate action plans are established and actively monitored 
- Communicate relevant and timely information to stakeholders to ensure visibility of progress, budget/expenditure, risks, issues and associated with delivery 
- Manage change requests (budget, planning, scope): Expose decisions to be made, propose solutions, gain and record decision approvals 
- Manage procurement and contract matters in conjunction with Group Procurement 
- On Large Programs, manage a project or a workstream 
- On Large Programs, the Project Manager may be assigned to work directly for the Program Manager and help him drive the program: 
o Help shaping communications to stakeholders 
o Prepare steering committee presentations and produce minutes 
o Maintain the project budget and KPI status 
o Track and follow up on decisions, actions, issues, risks, deliverables 
o Manage project documentation 
o Update business case 
Example of assignment / projects to manage: 
- Join a worldwide program to ensure that AXA subsidiaries entities are covered by Security, in all region (including Latam, Africa) 
- Join a large program such as Privileged User Account Management
