• Currently studying culinary arts (hospitality school or equivalent)

• Assist in food preparation (hot kitchen, cold kitchen, or pastry depending on assignment)
  
• Support mise en place and plating for buffets or à la carte service
  
• Help ensure buffet replenishment and presentation quality
  
• Follow Club Med hygiene and safety standards (HACCP)
  
• Work collaboratively with kitchen teams
  
• Discover high-volume kitchen operations (serving several hundred guests per service)
  
• Progressively develop your skills with the support of experienced teams
  

As a Gentle Stagiaire, you will learn your profession in real‑life conditions within a multicultural team.

Beyond technical training, you will take part in Resort life and contribute to the guest experience. At Club Med, an internship is a full immersion—both professional and human.
