What we’re looking for

* Passion for building products and a self‑starting attitude.

* Fluent in English; French is a plus.
* At least 2 years of software engineering.
* Comfort leading teams and shaping hiring processes.
Key responsibilities
* Tackle high‑impact & high‑risk projects with multiple engineers.
* Design efficient systems and engineering practices that align cross‑team interactions.
* Mentor junior engineers and lead crew initiatives.
* Contribute to hiring and improve technical assessment processes.
* Define feature‑first engineering roadmap.
