The project!
As a warehouse operations specialist in our LOW / Warehouse team, you will be responsible for the development and management of events and inventories, ensuring efficient operations and smooth coordination across warehouse activities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the activity calendar of the L.O.W., ensuring timely updates and smooth execution of scheduled operations.
- Act as the main point of contact for events, leading planning, coordination, and logistics to guarantee successful delivery.
- Manage and control inventories within the L.O.W., including support for event requirements, market stalls, and urgent operational needs.
- Collaborate closely with the Events team to align on general needs, providing proactive solutions and seamless support.

Requirements
- 1-2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish is required (min. C1);
any other languages area big plus.
- Advanced Excel knowledge.
- Good knowledge of other MS Office tools such as PowerPoint and Word.
- Passion for the world of retail and fashion.
