Job Purpose:
We are looking for a detail-oriented
Vendor Receivables Specialist
to manage claims, collections, and reconciliations related to vendor accounts. This role ensures accuracy in financial records and supports timely month-end processes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and reconcile monthly vendor claims (price changes, promotions, returns, rebates, etc.)Dispute and resolve rejected claims with vendorsHandle receivables ageing and collaborate with stakeholders to clear outstanding itemsRaise vendor invoices and support P&L impact approvalsPerform daily margin reviews and corrective actionsSupport general ledger reconciliations and SOX controlsExecute month-end closing tasks and maintain accurate documentation
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in finance or accountingEnglish proficiency requiredStrong analytical and numerical skillsEffective communicator, able to explain financial matters clearlyProficient in Excel and Microsoft OfficeKnowledge of SAP and accounting principles - idealProactive, organized, and a team player
