**Tulsi Indian Restaurant** is an Indian restaurant with locations in Amsterdam We are looking for a cook to work independently at all of our locations.
**Job description and tasks**
- Independent working cook to prepare Indian dishes.
- Preparing curries;
- Preparation of Tandoori dishes;
- Perform preparatory work, such as washing, cutting, cooking, mixing, stirring, etc;
- Preparing (having prepared) orders by performing à la minute cooking, portioning and garnishing;
- Overseeing compliance with safety, Occupational Health and Safety, HACCP and working and presentation methods.

- Location: Amsterdam
- Employment: Fulltime job/ 38 hours per week
- Salary indication: €2700 gross per month excluding vacation allowance.
- CLA compliant employment conditions.
**Your profile**
- MBO level 3 working and thinking level;
- Demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques.
