My client is a leading household name when it comes to the D-I-Y and Electrical industry and are now looking for a sales Manager to cover their Spanish Market. They are currently going through a period of substantial growth and are looking to bring an extra member into their team.
The role
As the Sales Manager - Spain you will be responsible for developing new business within the CE market. You will create a business plan to outline revenue and growth goals whilst creating a strategy to meet these goals. You will manage larger key customer accounts and act as the first point of contact.
Key responsibility's
Develop and implement a business plan and sales strategy for Spain to ensure achievement of company sales goals.
Manage and grow relationships with retail accounts incl. El Corte Inglés, Mediamarkt, PCComponentes, and Fnac.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within DIY chains such as Leroy Merlin, Brico Dépôt, and BriCor.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient sales structures and processes.
Drive new product introductions and coordinate related marketing activities with key accounts.
Monitor and actively manage sales activities and performance across Spain.
Ensure strong brand presence and improve brand awareness in the Spanish market.
