ABOUT THE JOB
**MISSION**:
Ensure that there is a full and coherent view on the financials of the international sites of IT Group with the goal to support IT Group management in their international activity, the control of the financial trajectory and the choices of resource allocations. Seeking opportunities for improvements in financial data quality and automatization by analysing the processes and data aspects.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Monthly reporting & closing, forecast & budget preparation
- Ensure the respect of the guidelines and planning of figures closing forecasts and budget preparation.
- Ensure the monthly reporting/analysis on figures evolution (both costs and HC).
- Contribute to the improvement and transformation of processes and governance within the activities of the team.
- Organise/ Monitor/Control with the international entities the different deliveries expected.
- Establish punctual reportings on international management control data.
- Ensure the budget transferts (in/out) within the perimeter covered.
- Manage the relations with international departments, ITG_Finance, Operationnals,
- Be the management control referent for all the financial issues raised for your perimeter.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
**TRAINING AND OCCUPATIONAL EXPERIENCE**:
- Business school or University Graduate, Master Degree in Accounting, Finance
- 2-3 years experience in an Accounting/Management Control function or Analytical data treatment (automatization, analysis..)
- Experience of working in international environment appreciated
**SKILLS AND BEHAVIOURS**:
- Analytical mindset, especially with regards to figures understanding, reconciliation and explanation,
- Good communication (oral, written) and relationship skills,
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Fluent English (oral and written), French speaking ability is a “nice to have”.
- Organizational skills: autonomy, capacity to manage several tasks in parallel, to prioritize and to manage pressure.
- Critical mindset, curiosity, with sense of initiative.
