Role: Account Manager for EU Partnerships
In this role, you will develop and expand our Returns partnerships with major global companies by delivering strategic insights and maintaining high operational standards. You will independently lead strategic partner relationships, collaborating with teams across WW RLS, Partner org, and other stakeholders. Your responsibilities include managing Customer Experience and Business metrics for Returns Partnerships, establishing mechanisms to track and improve key metrics, onboarding partners for new initiatives, influencing partner adoption, and fostering engagement across internal and partner teams to identify and execute opportunities.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate stays informed on industry trends, Amazon initiatives, partner launches, and strategic developments, capable of executing both tactically and strategically. Necessary experience includes strategic relationship building, category/vendor management, business analytics, negotiation, and P/L management. Strong communication, analytical, negotiation, problem-solving skills, and business acumen are essential. Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred; knowledge of French, Italian, or German is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage partner engagement through reviews, scorecards, NPS analysis, and reporting on performance metrics.
2. Drive operational excellence and process adoption in collaboration with internal teams.
3. Implement adoption and conversion initiatives, collaborating with Business Development, Product, and Program teams to plan and measure impact.
4. Lead 'Walk the Store' initiatives, develop insights from data and anecdotes.
5. Coordinate new partner launches with the Business Development team.
6. Build and maintain deep relationships within partner organizations across various departments.
7. Handle a high volume of partner interactions effectively.
Minimum Qualifications
* Degree obtained within the last 2 years.
* Experience in data analysis and performance assessment.
* Background in account management, category management, sales/business development, or consultancy.
* Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
* Exceptional communication skills in speaking, writing, presenting, and negotiating.
* SQL literacy and proficiency in MS Office tools.
Additional Requirements
* Experience analyzing open issues and resolution metrics for managed accounts.
* Fluency in Spanish; knowledge of French, Italian, or German is a plus.
* At least 2 years of experience in retail business, operations, or vendor management.
* Existing relationships within the EU retail industry.
