Role Overview:The
Mechanical Site Engineer (MSE)
will oversee the installation and coordination of mechanical systems on site, ensuring all work is delivered in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, and hospital standards.
Key Responsibilities:Supervise and monitor mechanical installation works, including HVAC, plumbing, and medical gas systemsReview and coordinate mechanical shop drawings and design documentationEnsure compliance with hospital engineering standards and specificationsCoordinate with electrical, architectural, and infrastructure teamsConduct site inspections and ensure quality control of mechanical worksAssist in testing, commissioning, and handover of mechanical systemsPrepare technical reports and track site progressEnsure adherence to health and safety standards
Requirements & Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering8–10 years of experience in construction projectsMandatory experience in a hospital or healthcare projectStrong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and medical gas systemsExperience in fit-out design coordinationAbility to coordinate with contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams
Salary & Benefits:USD 6,000 – 6,500 per month (net salary) + Accommodation, Transportation and Food
