Job Description:
I. Participate in the formulation of channel policies based on financial and tax compliance requirements
Ensure the company's external sales policies are clear and compliant, thereby reducing operational risks.
II. Channel policy accrual and write-off management
Maintain partner relationships: Timely accruals and clear write-offs to manage financial transactions with channel partners and maintain a positive cooperation interface.
Protect company interests: Ensure timely collection of payments to safeguard the company’s financial interests.
III. Channel financial analysis, risk management, and monitoring
Assess and manage channel financial risks; deliver monthly channel forecasts and actual P&L analysis to support strategic business decision-making.
Optimize channel operation strategies to support business decisions.
Implement the Amoeba management model to deepen channel operations, identify potential risks, and conduct weekly follow-ups.
IV. Expense analysis
Manage the channel expense budget, monitor budget progress, and conduct variance analysis.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Over 3 years of experience in channel finance, with a clear understanding of Spanish financial and tax compliance requirements.
Detail-oriented and patient, with strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel and other office tools.
Strong communication skills and ability to maintain harmonious external partnerships.
Highly responsible and proactive, with the ability to follow up on business processes in a timely manner to support decision-making.
Fluent in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing); good proficiency in Spanish (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
