Main responsibilities- Deep understanding at working with acquisition, loyalty and affinity CRM strategies including customer journey analysis and customer segmentation.- Collaborate in the creation and execution of CRM marketing strategies- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver integrated CRM communications against agreed strategies and brief- Build customer roadmap, test and optimise to increase multi-channel communication effectiveness- Manage (with the client) the briefing process (data, content, activation)- Planning, coordination and progress monitoring of projects to ensure compliance withthe objectives and timings at Market Europe level- Demonstrate forward thinking and the ability to balance workload- Liaise with 3rd party agencies and local market suppliers to deliver CRM campaigns- Approval & proofing process (QA role)- Manage client expectations with regards to deadlines, deliverables, and budget- Provide progress status and adhere to estimated timings- Produce project reports with campaign learnings- Report to the Senior Management team#LI-EU
