The team works in a complex multidisciplinary infrastructure consisting of Cisco switches and routers, Checkpoint firewalls, and F5 load balancers.Your responsibilities:1. Align with business and projects in terms of requests, (service) requests and new services2. Assess new applications based on architectural standards, policies and regulations3. Align designs with other teams in the technical engineering department4. Perform a Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of major incidents in collaboration with senior engineers5. Provide level 3 operational support on incidents, resolving complex network issues6. Prepare (plan) network changes for approval and deployment by the CAB7. Deploy network changes8. Document solutions and ensure knowledge transfer within the team9. Optimize the current environment10. Maintain and support projects (e.g., data center projects)11. Design and develop advanced features in a business context12.
