Someone who can bridge business and technology, drive value through data and KPIs, and coordinate diverse stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements in customer experience and operational efficiency.Main tasks and accountabilities will be:Product definition & planningGather and structure initiatives with global and local stakeholders.Define, prioritize, and validate chatbot use cases based on value and feasibility.Build business cases, impact forecasts, and product roadmaps.Define milestones, releases, and implementation plans.Coordination & deliveryCoordinate global Product, AI, and Tech teams with local country teams.Manage backlog, dependencies, risks, and timelines using agile practices.Ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of product initiatives.Testing & rolloutCoordinate unit testing and UAT phases.Ensure production readiness.Support country rollouts and go-live activities.Performance & continuous improvementTrack and analyze KPIs (e.G., CSAT, containment, automation).Measure results against the business case.Collect Voice of Customer (VoC) feedback and drive continuous improvements.Governance & reportingLead follow-up forums, committees, QBRs, and steering sessions.Provide clear visibility on progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.What do we expect from you?5+ years of experience in product, project, or program management.Proven experience delivering end-to-end technology implementations.Strong background in global and multi-country project environments.Solid understanding of business case development and KPI tracking.Experience managing backlogs, planning, and delivery in agile environments.Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Fluent English and Spanish;
