We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and work with one of our clients in the banking sector.
šLocation: Spain
Work mode: 100% Remote
š Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Collect and analyze the country's business requirements for the assisted channel tool.
ā¢ Evaluate current or necessary local functionalities and align them with global product capabilities.
ā¢ Facilitate workshops and discussions to align business requirements and functional solutions.
ā¢ Document the country's requirements, particularities, and exceptions in a clear and structured manner.
ā¢ Map and analyze end-to-end transactional flows and customer journeys.
ā¢ Collaborate with global and local teams to validate requirements, estimates, and functional definitions.
ā¢ Support prioritization and backlog refinement in coordination with the Product Owner
Required Qualifications
ā¢ Bachelorās degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
ā¢ 3ā4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant in the financial services sector.
ā¢ Proven experience in channel transformation or transactional banking processes (understanding of assisted channel is a plus).
ā¢ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
ā¢ Experience working in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like Confluence and JIRA.
ā¢ Good communication skills for working collaboratively in a team.
ā¢ Languages: Spanish (Required).
* English level fluent or high. (Preferred).
