The Infrastructure Field IT Engineer is responsible for providing on-site technical support, maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring the reliability of hardware, software, and network systems across assigned locations.

\n

This role involves hands-on troubleshooting, proactive maintenance, and coordination with central IT teams to uphold service levels and business continuity.

\n

Provide on-site support for desktops, laptops, printers, network devices, and other IT equipment.

\n

Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.

\n

Perform routine checks, patching, and updates on servers and network components.

\n

Support LAN/WAN infrastructure, including switches, routers, and wireless access points.

\n

Maintain accurate documentation of assets, incidents, and service requests.

\n

Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and data protection protocols.

\n

Participate in infrastructure upgrade projects and site rollouts.

\n

Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support or specialized teams.

\n

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

\n

~3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure or field support roles.

\n

~ Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, networking fundamentals, and endpoint security.

\n

~ ServiceNow) and remote support tools.

\n

~ Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals are a plus.

\n

~ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.

\n

~ Aptitude: You have an innate capacity to transition from project to project without skipping a beat.

\n
