Job Description :

Interim Standards Manager

Location : Barcelona or Singapore

As Interim Manager Standards you are integral to ensuring the highest possible research standards across Risk & Compliance content. As a member of the Data Intelligence & AI Governance Standards team you will work closely with the Risk & Compliance and Legal and Privacy teams to address legal requests distill complex inquiries answer questions relating to coverage criteria and develop and share best practices for content management and creation.

You Will

- Document and respond to data subject access requests and legal queries liaising with the Legal and Research Teams to bring about a timely resolution..
- Identify any data policy change requirements arising out of data access requests or changing data privacy requirements.
- Be proactive in identifying and mitigating risks relating to structured R&C; content and reports.
- Review terms and conditions for use of third party content.
- Provide training guidance and mentoring to the Research team on query handling and standards related issues.
- Provide support to the Data Intelligence & AI Governance Risk & Compliance team in the area of customer-facing documentation.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by your manager Director Standards.

You Have (Essential Qualifications)
- 3 years of experience in the risk and compliance space.
- Familiarity with online legal research and compliance tools.
- Experience handling and responding to external queries of a sensitive nature.
- Ability to retain composure when handling queries from prominent individuals.
- Ability to analyze complex content matter to identify and resolve critical issues
- Ability to understand the big picture impact of change on overall approach to data.
- Accuracy and attention to detail with a tenacity for noticing anomalies.
- Understanding of clients compliance requirements and challenges in the context of content requirements.
- Ability to steer and track initiatives from start to completion.
- Ability to provide well-reasoned and data-driven proposals in both verbal and written form.
- Experience working in business organizations communicating with business owners as well as senior leaders while handling multiple competing priorities.
- An openness to different views and opinions and an appreciation for team diversity.

Preferred
- BA in Law or similar degree.
- Proven experience in providing guidance and clear direction to a general research team.
