**MISSION**:Lead all topics & scopes related to Concrete-hybrid tower´ manufacturing, HSE, Quality, projects & Supply Chain.
**TASKS**:
- Leadership of all central functions related to:
- CT Projects
- CT Manufacturing.
- CT HSE.
- CT Quality.
- CT Supply Chain.
- Proactively lead and manage the team, providing excellent communication, supporting career development, ensuring staff retention, knowledge sharing and team working
- Budgeting, planning & coordination of all CHT Operations area.
- Coordinate the teams to ensure the concrete tower´ manufacturing, project, supply plans are executed in compliance with the safety, budget, schedule and quality standards.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders for delivering factories construction projects successfully.
- Coordinate, plan and execute means and tooling strategy ensuring the supply chain, installation and maintenance during manufacturing stage.
- Coordinate all projects industrialization to ensure the engineering releases and updates are implemented.
- Develop and implement a relevant set of KPIs.
- Support Tender and Sourcing departments during Project commercial stages.
- Ensuring technical excellence of the team, including high quality delivery of projects and innovative solutions.
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- University degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or comparable education.
- Considerable experience in leading a integral team.
- 6+ years of work experience in the field of Logistics or Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or similar.
- Experience in precast concrete or construction buildings.
- Proactive profile.
- Good communication skills and teamwork.
- Flexibility and good change adaptability.
- Autonomous and challenge motivated.
- Used to work in international environments.
- Resolution of possible technical issues.
- Ability to drive projects autonomously, keeping tight deadlines and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Agility to move between strategic and tactical operational issues.
- High English is compulsory. Spanish.
