**About AIM School**
AIM School is a new international school redefining how children learn. We follow a Scandinavian-inspired approach, combining **individual learning**, **hybrid teaching**, **daily sports**, creativity, and strong community values. Students work through a mix of structured digital platforms (IXL, Google Classroom, Khan Academy) and traditional board teaching, supported by projects, teamwork, and hands-on activities.
We are open, and this is our **first academic year**, and we are looking for passionate teachers who want to help shape something meaningful from the beginning. The school is in the process of implementing the International Primary Curriculum and International Middle Years Curriculum (IPA)
**Position: Spanish & English Teacher**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Teach **Spanish and English** to students aged **6-14**, adapting instruction to individual needs.
- Use a **hybrid teaching model** that includes:
- Individual learning lessons with **IXL, Khan Academy, and Google Classroom**:
- Classroom instruction
- Small-group teaching and project-based learning
- Help students develop communication skills, confidence, independence, and teamwork.
- Collaborate with colleagues to build a creative and supportive learning environment.
- Participate in other the school activities as needed

**Requirements**:
- Teaching qualification and experience in **both Spanish and English, and ideally Arts, Digital Literacy, Science** (primary and/or lower secondary).
- Comfortable using digital learning platforms **or willing to learn** (IXL, Google Classroom, Khan Academy).
- Experience with differentiation and teaching mixed+age classrooms, strong communication and an international mindset
- Adaptable, open-minded, and aligned with AIM School’s philosophy.
