So, you will be entrusted with all recruitment matters at our Barcelona tech hub.
By
_entrusted_, we mean that nobody will micromanage you; you’ll manage your own time and projects, and be the owner of our hiring success in Barcelona.
Not completely alone, of course, but with support from your distributed talent acquisition team, based in Amsterdam HQ and Bratislava.
Ohpen in Barcelona doubled our team, from 25 - 50, last year and we are nowhere close to being finished growing, so you’ll join us during a high growth period. This means there’s plenty of space for you to shine, grow, try out new ideas and improve processes.
In Barcelona we are techies. We are geeky, fun, creative, authentic and we enjoy a down-to-earth yet high-performing culture. Naturally, it also means your hires will mainly be tech & product related.
Lastly, our office is on Passeig de Gracia with Diagonal, and we enjoy the flexibility to work from home up to 4 days per week.
**About you**:
- You are an experienced recruiter which is evident by the way you work, not the number of years you’ve done it.
- You've built your experience in tech, so you understand technical language and agile software engineering processes.
- You know who is who on the Barcelona technology scene.
- Your English is fluent.
