We are currently looking for **AI Marketing Strategist **to join WW Print Marketing GTM Strategy and Planning team, who will lead the print marketing AI strategic foundations - define our value proposition and messaging framework, as well as go to market direction.
**Core Responsibilities**:
- Manage development of AI value proposition and messaging hierarchy in Print business:
- Coordinate and consolidate cross-functional efforts in defining AI marketing strategy.
- Be the customer voice across organizations involved in building HP’s offering incorporating AI.
- Create compelling narratives that resonate with general target audiences and aligned with company values.
- Collaborate with Personal Systems/Workforce Solutions marketing and contribute to building Pan-HP’s narrative in AI.
- Report on the progress and results to senior management, providing regular updates and seeking alignment on strategic direction.
**Additional Responsibilities**:
- Work with WW marketing and markets’ teams to gather customer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis and develop effective communication plans.
- Utilize data to inform and refine the value proposition and define product messaging in future.
- Be a though-leader for Print marketing organization around AI.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Experience in innovation marketing, communications, product management, or strategy roles. AI-related expertise would be an advantage.
- Demonstrated know-how in crafting value propositions and messaging architectures.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate fragmented inputs into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and influence executive-level stakeholders.
- Ability to think strategically and execute in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English written and spoken (C1/C2) is a must.
**Education and Additional Skills**:
- University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Journalism, or related field.
- Project management experience (certificate welcomed but not required).
