No. Of Vacancy: 1Location: North LuzonQualifications:- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or any related field.- Minimum two (2) to three (3) years of proven working experience as Regional Sales Manager or Sales Supervisor preferably from FMCG or any related sales and marketing field.- 26 to 40 years old, Single or Married, Male or Female.- Has an excellent computer, analytical, communication and people management skills.- Expert in negotiation and building business relationships.- Results Driven and good sales planning skills.- Excellent attention to details.- Ability to read and analyze sales reports and market analysis.- Preferably residing within GMA area.Duties and Responsibilities:- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their capacity to sell; researching and analyzing sales options.- Maintains good business relationships with clients by providing support and immediate feedback regarding our products and services.- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.- Proper coordination with our Sales Coordinator regarding customer orders and ensure on-time delivery of our products.- Proper coordination with our Credit and Collection Department for on-time payment collection and remittance.- Ensure compliance with company’s policies and operational guidelines.- Deal with problems by providing creative and practical solutions.- Evaluate performance using key metrics and address issues to improve it.- Report to immediate head on progress and issues.- Ensure achievement of sales target; monthly, quarterly and annual.Or call contact #: 0939-643-5370 / 0945-977-9478
